Booking and cancellation conditions

All you need to know about your next holiday at COLOR ERMITAGE BEACH FAMILY HOTEL

Full Board Rates quoted are per stay, per room, full board, excluding All-Inclusive & Free Bar services, which can be added separately.

Check-In The time for Check-in is from 2 pm onwards. In the event of an early arrival, the reception staff will check the possibility of delivering the room as soon as possible and offer the available services.

Check-out The time for Check-out is by 10 am, unless otherwise stated. For a check-out after this time, the daily rate will apply.

Periods of less than 3 days For periods of less than 3 days, a surcharge of 30% on the daily rate applies.

CHILDREN STAY FREE 1 or 2 children stay free of charge when sharing a room with 2 adults.

UNCONSUMED MEALS Meals not taken at the hotel cannot be deducted from the price of the board.

REDUCTIONS Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except where specifically indicated.

VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING Each booking will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the entire amount paid will be returned in the form of a voucher, which can be used until 30 September 2023.

EARLY DEPARTURE In the event of early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In the case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.

HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? Directly at the hotel using cash, debit card and credit card. At the time of booking by postal order, bank transfer and credit card.
